What is the shipment cost ?

Click & Collect - FREE

For orders up to 75€ :
Domestic (France) – 4.90€
Europe – 6.90€
World – 12.90€

For orders 75€ or more shipment is FREE.

When will my order ship ?

All orders will ship within 5 business day after the order has been placed. Please add one business day to any shipping estimate

What shipment company will deliver my order ?

We ship via French Post. If you live outside of France It will be your country postal service
that will take delivery over once the package will leave France.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver ?

Domestic shipment to France are delivered within 2-4 days.
European and worldwide deliveries can take currently up to 10 working days.

How can I track my order ?

You can find your tracking information on your order confirmation email. If you’re having trouble finding your order confirmation email, feel free to reach out on email at alt[at]alt-go[dot]fr

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it-what do I do ?

Oh no! Reach out to the Alex+Svet Customer Experience Team with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.
